The Analysis on SMEs Human Resource Management

摘要：

Human resources are the largest capital of any enterprise. Human resources management is of great significance to the enterprises survival and development, especially SMEs. This paper analyzes the existing problems of the human resource management of SMEs in our country and proposes the suggestion to strengthen human resource management of SMEs.
