The Study of Enhancing the Logistics Coordination Operational Capability of the SMEs

摘要：

The small and medium-sized enterprise is most important integral part of Chinese economy. In order to raise the small and medium-sized enterprises competence, the small and medium-sized enterprises should form uniform operating achievements target and the appraisal system of the performance of logistics coordination ability through seeking cooperation with the strong logistics enterprise. On the basis of sharing information, through complementary superiority ability and resources conformity, the small and medium-sized enterprise should achieve synchronous logistics operation and raise its own logistics coordination operation ability, achieving the goal of promoting the small and medium-sized enterprises overall competitive power.
