Promotional effect of Al2O3/CeO2 doping on Au/Fe2O3 Catalysts for low-temperature CO oxidation
Introduction Successful application of gold catalyst requires it to show good thermal stability besides high catalytic activity. In this respect, gold catalyst often fails because it loses much of catalytic activity after calcination at high temperature, which is caused by the growth of gold nanoparticles and the sintering of support. To solve this problem, Al2O3/CeO2 was used to modify the support in this work.
