Publics Drought Disaster Risk Acceptance and their Response to Disaster Risk Mitigation and Reduction in Sichuan & Chongqing Region, P. R. China

The so-called risk acceptability is referring to the acceptance extent of risk of the public according to their objective desires. Risk acceptance is to account for the question how safe is safe enough. People are not only the direct casualties of the drought disaster, but also the beneficiaries of the risk government. How do they assess the disasters risk? How do they assess their individual vulnerability? Which extent of the risk could they accept? And also how do they response to the disaster risk? All of these questions should be taken into the consideration when it comes to the efficient risk government, as well as the limited fund for the risk control.
