Medical Digital Assistant: A Grassroot Solution for Chinese Rural Healthcare

摘要：

China has the largest population in the world (1.3Billion) of which 0.9 Billion being the rural population. Currently, grassroot soltions for primary healthcare of rural population are becoming more and more popular Medical Digital Assistant is one of these solutions, and this paper discusses whether it is an efficient solution from a design point of view. The results show that it may be an appropriate solution once some issues about content, usability and transplantation are addressed.
