DIRECT CHIP PCR AND ONLINE CHIP ELECTROPHORESIS WITHOUR SAMPLE PROCESSING

摘要：

Direct human plasma PCR and online electrophoresis of the product without any sample processing was demonstrated with a simple chip consisting an on chip static thermostat and capillary chip electrophoresis. Online sampling of the PCR product was realized by a capillary fracture that was placed in the reaction vial, and the product was separated by nongel electrophoresis and laser induced fluorescence detection. This simple and highly integrated system could be a basis for in field fast analysis and for point of care tests.
