Statistical Prediction and Analysis of Total Regional Labor Force Supply in Guangdong Province

摘要：

According to relative methods of labor demography, the authors of this article conduct a specific prediction on total supply of labor force in Guangdong Province, and make a brief analysis about prediction results. Procedures of statistical prediction are as follows. Firstly, based on poly-factor prediction of the same batch of people, the authors calculate the scale of active labor force in the forthcoming several years. Secondly, on the basis of prediction on active labor force and according to changes and influential factors of participation rate, the authors predict the final total supply of labor force after getting possible labor force participation rate.
