The 6 Sigma Performance Evaluation Method Study on Environmental Responsibility Logistics

This article analyses that the scientific evaluation of environmental responsibility logistics performance in favor of enterprise managers have a devastatingly assessment of their job performance,and to establishment an effective evaluation system,first of all it need to establish reasonable norms of evaluation criteria.Introduction of text inclusion enterprise performance evaluation methods are pleasing 6sigma and director of the AHP method,you can easily calculate the comprehensive evaluation index score or level,these standards will not only be able to accurately judge the characteristics of different indicators,but also needed to be comparable,in the enterprise production management process has a strong operational and open up a vast range of prospects.
