Synthesis and study of the thermal stability of SrFe1-zMzO3-z (M=Mo, W) perovskites

In the present work, solid solutions of the composition SrFe1-xMxO3-z, where M=Mo, Wand 0 < x <0.5, are synthesized. The structure of the new materials depending on the composition and on oxygen stoichiometry is studied; the results of high-temperature X-ray diffraction measurements, thermal stability and phase transformations in various environments are presented.
