The Memory of Historical Data in CSCW

摘要：

This paper discusses the necessity of the memory ofhistorical data in CSCW, and the methods of memory.Keeping cooperative operation history is a basicrequirement for CSCW systems. This paper proposes anapproach to use the memory of historical data to recordall the members operations. Version control techniquesare adopted to keep cooperative history. In theproposed approach, the historical data are used to findout where a mistake occurs, by whom, and duringwhich operation.
