CAKE: The Intelligent Knowledge Modeling Web Services for Semantic Web

In order to solve the problems of low interconversion,interoperability and difficult rule-logic extraction in theSemantic Web, based on the spiral law of knowledgeevolution we discovered, we have put forward a set ofunified knowledge modeling approach, accompanied inthe entire cycle of knowledge application, from theprimary data layer to ontology, rule and logic layer, andhave defined a universal Knowledge Modeling Language-KML, We have further invented the KML-basedknowledge construction, conversion and rule-logicextracting mechanism. In the end, we have designed anddeveloped a Computer Aided Knowledge modelingEnvironment-CAKE, to implement a multi-modeintelligent web services. Our work opens up a new way toachieve the ultimate goal of Semantic Web-effective andefficient global knowledge exchange.
