Research on the Architecture of Web-based Distributed Cooperative Design System

摘要：

Web-based distributed cooperative design is animportant enabling technology in the implementation ofadvanced manufacturing. According to the analysis ofthe requirements of cooperative design system, athree-layer B/S architecture of Browser, Web server andDatabase is presented in this paper. By comparing thisarchitecture with the traditional one, which is composedof Client layer and Server layer, this paper discusses thefunctions of these three different layers and the internalrelations between them at length. The proposal of thisarchitecture lays a foundation of establishing a flexibleand effective cooperative design system under thecircumstance of network.
