Image Segmentation of MRI Based on Improved AntTree Clustering Algorithm

摘要：

In this paper,an improved method is proposedbased on AntTree clustering algorithm to deal withMRI image.This algorithm uses a new tree-structuremodel to accelerate the calculation and combinesgreedy algorithm to update the cluster centre.Compared with K-means and FCM algorithms,theresults in the experiment show that the improvedAntTree clustering algorithm is a better method inimage segmentation of MRI and it also significantlyimproves the clustering process.
