lnpainting algorithm for Jacquared Image Based on Phase-Field Model
Jacquard image inpainting is an interesting newraseareh topic in pattern preprocessing for jacquardCAD.Phase field model has been well acknowledgedas an important method for image inpainting.Thispaper discussed the problem of jacquard imageinpainting by approaching the phase field paradigmfrom a numerical approximation perspective.Thebasic idea is to represent the damaged pattern ofinterest in implicit form,and fill-in the damaged partswith a system of geometric partial differentialequations derived from phase-field model.The noveltyof our approach lies primarily in exploiting explicitlythe constraint enforced by the numerical solving of thesequential evolving of phase-field model.Extensiveexperiments are carried out in order to validate andcompare the algorithm both quantitatively andqualitatively.They show the advantages of ouralgorithm and its readily application to jacquardtexture.
