Study on Dynamic Distribution of Bio-entity Service in the Bio-network Middleware
Inspired by the principles and concepts ofneuroendocrine-immune systems,the bio-networkarchitecture has been proposed.A dynamic bio-entitydistribution service is presented to reducecommunication costs in the bio-network middleware.Moreover,a communication locality scheme isdesigned,which handles the communicationrelationship between bio-entities.The scheme includesinspection,bio-entities distribution,consultation,andbio-entity migration.On our simulation platform,thesimulation experiments are done to compare theruntime for static and dynamic bio-entitiesdistributions.Experiments results show that theproposed scheme is feasible to solve thecommunication between bio-entities.
