Study on Performance Appraisal of Resource Integration of Independent Product R&D in Enterprise

摘要：

Resource integration of enterprise independent R&D is to link the internal resources and external resources together through certain organizational structure and system in the course of product R&D,and to form rational resource flow channel and constitute an organic whole as to optimize resources disposition.Utilization efficiency and the way of resources disposition are closely related.This paper constructs the index system of performance appraisal and use fuzzy comprehensive evaluation to appraise the performance of resource integration.
