DESIGN AND IMPLEMENT OF CORROSION DETECTING AND DISPLAYING SYSTEM FOR ALUMINUM ALLOY STORAGE TANK
Ragged corrosion appearance emerged in the inner wall of large-scale aluminium alloy storage tank because of corrosive media. Corrosion detecting and displaying system was designed with application of ultrasonic array measurement, mass data storage, and communicating technology of Universal Serial Bus (USB), so as to inspect corrosion status of storage tank portably and efficiently with high-precision. The inspecting result was significant to predict the remaining life of large-scale storage tank and ensure its safety.
