An Auxiliary System Connected with SEM-EDX for Rapid Identifying Mineral and Rock Samples

摘要：

An auxiliary system connected with SEM-EDX for rapid identification of mineral and rock sample has been developed. With the aid of a synthetic spectrum library created, using the compare and match techniques provided by INCA software in EDX the mineral or rock sample names for reference can be given at the same time analyzed.
