Knowledge Management System of Engineering Consulting Enterprise Based on SOA

摘要：

Aiming to the characteristics of engineering consultation, the role of KM for engineering consulting enterprises was discussed and its KM process classification was provided. Based on the Services Oriented Architecture (SOA), the concept of knowledge service was proposed and a services- oriented model of knowledge management system was brought forward, which included three layers: knowledge resources, knowledge services and knowledge application. The core, knowledge services layer was analyzed.
