The Research on the Resource Optimization Technology of Programme Management
The programme management is one of the most advanced topics among researches of project management, which is used to guarantee the final realization of enterprises development strategy by coordinating projects, allocating enterprises resource reasonably and ensuring each projects implementation. When the resource of the programme is limited, the schedule plan should be adjusted reasonably to make the resource available meet the requirement of resource needed and ensure programmes implementation. Therefore, the key technology of programme management is resource optimization, that is, to reach the balance and coordination between projects and reasonable allocation of resources. The resource allocation and optimization of programme means balancing, analyzing and making a comprise between the resource needed and available, in this way the optimum resource allocation plan will be found to meet the requirement of programme schedule. The paper defines and analyzes the programme, programme management and its key technology as well, gives an overview of present situation on resource optimization technology of programme management at home and abroad.
