Research on the enterprise crisis management through Halley Davison Company and its Reference

摘要：

Enterprise crisis management is a discipline taking the appearance of crisis in market competition as research beginning, analyzing reasons and processes when crisis happens, researching on the methods of dealing with the crisis and the enterprise counter-crisis mechanism, discussing the ways that enterprise prevents the crisis and strategy alleviating the crisis. Through the analysis of Halley Davison Companys enterprise crisis management process, this article researches the experience in overseas enterprise crisis management at present and has the better model function to our country enterprise crisis management.
