Managing the Human Resource: IT Employees and Users

In the information society, IT department is becoming more and more important in the whole Organization.How to manage the IT Human Resource successfully is becoming the key problem in any enterprise nowadays. The paper discusses the influence of the information system on the IT employees and IT users, and the role of the IT employee, finally points out that in order to keep pace with the circumstance change, the employee training is one effective method.
