RESEARCH AND APPLICATION OF MULTIFUNCTIONAL STANDARD TESTING INDOOR UNIT
In this paper, the advanced Multifunctional standard testing indoor unit is demonstrated to be used in air conditioner assembly plants. It can be fit for the testing on varied outdoor units with different refrigerants, which can be variable frequency, multi type or common air conditioners. It also describes the parts and the working principle of the equipment as well as the matching experiments. Compared with the traditional product testing process, it can be used for the product inspection on the varied outdoor units with different refrigerants at the same product line, and the switching intervals will be reduced sharply. Combined with the application of the Gree auto-testing system, the multifunctional standard testing indoor unit can replace the common standard indoor units completely, which can be more efficient and reliable, and improve the product inspection.
