Behavior Characters and Control of Underground Pressure of Fully Mechanized Sublevel Caving Mining in Deep Mine
The movement law of overburden and roof structure character in fully mechanized sublevel caving mining, the relation between abutment pressure and mining depth, the relation between behavior characters of underground pressure and mining depth, and control characteristic of coal face underground pressure were studied using in-situ actual measurement, theoretical analysis and numerical simulation, based on the engineering practices of fully mechanized sublevel caving mining in deep mine of Jisan Coal Mine. The results show that the thickness of immediate roof is related to shear height, strata expansion factor, the thickness of top coal and drawing ratio, but there is no relation to mining depth; The centralized degree of bearing pressure in front of coal wall in deep mine is reduced, and its peak value is apparently enlarged, its distributed width is increased; It is not apparent in coal face supporting with influence of behavior of underground pressure by deep fully mechanized sublevel caving mining, and it is also not apparent in loading distance between two paces of main roof with the increasing depth, but it is serious of coal wall rib fall in working face, the range with no supporting in end face is expanded, and the number of caving of roof (top coal) end face is increasing, at the same time the dynamic behavior of underground pressure such as coal explosion is occurred accompanied. So the coal wall rib fall and end face caving caused by the enlarged space without supporting are the main aspects of underground pressure control in deep coal face.
