GIANTRETROPERITONEAL LIPOSARCOMA PENETRATING INTO SCROTUM:A CASE REPORT

　　Retroperitoneal liposarcoma is a rare malignant tumor and mostly diagnosed at a late stage.Surgery is the definitive treatment.In this report we present a rare giant liposarcoma(weigh 20.1kg in total)which penetrated into the scrotum and formed inguinal hernia in a 71-year-old man.
