Focal cortical dysplasia,adenosine kinase and magnetic nanoparticle

摘要：

　　Focal cortical dysplasia is highly associated with refractory epilepsy.Only 33-75%of individuals with focal cortical dysplasia become seizure free after surgical treatment because of the undefined location in the pre-surgical work-up.In this article,we have reviewed the published literature of the focal cortical dysplasia,adenosine kinase and magnetic nanoparticle,in order to explore a novel method to enhance the sensitivity of detection and localization of FCD lesions.We hope our jobs may provide some novel ideas to diagnosis and therapy of the focal cortical dysplasia.
