摘要：

1.Introduction RIG-I like receptors(RLRs) are pattern-recognition receptors(PRRs) and are cytosolic RNAhelicases.RLR can recognize non-self RNA via the binding of its RNA ligand to the pathogenassociated molecular pattern(PAMP) on viral RNA.It is known that RIG-I is absent in thechicken genome,but is present in the genome of ducks.Shao et al.found that duck RIG-I canelicit antiviral responses to avian influenza virus and infectious bursa disease virus,and that theantiviral activity of RIG-I varies across species(such as duck,goose,human and mouse).
