Anti-Tumor Effect of Tanshinone and Its Mechanism

摘要：

　　Tanshinones,which are abietane diterpenes,have been isolated from Salvia miltiorrhiza.Recently,tanshinones displayed significant antitumor activity,and high selectivity in tumor cell lines.This review will focus on the current researches of the effect of tanshinones in cancer cells,and what is known about their mechanisms of regulation.
