Two New Pyrrolizidine Alkaloid from Crotalaria albida Heyne

摘要：

　　Two undescribed pyrrolizidine alkaloids were isolated from the herbs of Crotalaria albida,named neocroalbidine and neocroalbidinone.Their structures were established mainly by means of a combination of NMR spectroscopic and mass spectrometry techniques.The compounds were exhibited any significant cytotoxic activity against six tumor cell lines (A375,HepG2,7721,Hep3B,Hela and primary mouse hepatocytes) in vitro.
